From the moment we reached out, Keith and Gen were quick to respond to our interest in needing their services. We received videos of Milo's progress, a plan of what he would be working on and constant access to them when reaching out. We had an incident where our dog was being crazy and not listening and playing too rough with our 2 toddler boys. Keith took the time to FaceTime us and show us how to calm him down.

The basic commands have been trained and taught. Milo walks great on a leash, we can bring him around other dogs and now know how to introduce them properly. Our energy has changed by watching how he works with Milo. The all around service experience is very good. Would highly recommend signing up with Keith and Gen. Training for over a year with Genesee and Keith (and my Frenchie, Charlotte) has been one of the best experiences of my life! We started puppy class with Gen at 5 months old. She felt I had a smart pup and encouraged me to keep going with the training. Gen helped me set a good foundation with Charlotte and raised my confidence a ton. Her class was so fun and really started us off on the right track! The next 3 classes were with Keith. He is such an excellent teacher, very patient but also insists on your best at all times. He holds you accountable and expects you to do your homework and be ready to work. This is exactly how you end up with a calm, well behaved, social and confident dog. We built on our learning each week, put in the work using positive rewards and he taught me how to immerse my dog and then let her make decisions. She now makes really good decisions regularly and has become a service dog!

Our bond could not be closer and our year was not perfect or a straight line of progress. We took many steps forward and a few back during the process. But Keith was always there for me and encouraged me along the way. The learning process for Charlotte and me will be ongoing. It is such a joy to be out and about with her now! I am forever grateful for Gen and Keith for going on this journey alongside us.

I brought in an 80lb rescue that was over a year old with no prior training for the 6 week board and train program. Keith was very helpful and communicative throughout the training. My dog has learned so much and actually listens to me!! Since her time working with Keith, she behaves, walks well on the leash, comes to me when I call her, and respects me when I tell her NO! I've seen major improvements, she's a completely different dog! What really stuck out to me is that Keith and Genesee genuinely care and are compassionate toward dogs. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior, they want to make sure the dog is healthy mentally and physically. Their training is not harsh or cruel, it was very accommodating for a rescue which had a stormy past. I definitely recommend!!!

I'm not sure I've ever written a review before, but I am so impressed that well, here I am writing a review.

Keith picked up my 3yr old Rottweiler (Teddy Bear) for the board and train program. The difference it made was night and day. Teddy is literally a different dog when he brought Teddy home. He now follows commands and even goes in public now and can be told to lay down and he stays put until I give him a command to be free! It is so nice to be able to go for walks and different places with Teddy now. He is so excited to go places and really enjoys being outside. I enjoy not being pulled in every direction on our walks as he stays right by my side. I was unsure how much Teddy Bear could learn in just a few weeks, but I was blown away! Don't ever say you can't teach an old dog new things because Teddy is proof and Keith with Pawsitive PAC Creations Dog Training is proof. Worth every single penny! If I get another dog, they will be trained by Pawsitive PAC Creations.
